Great service. Quick response and quick delivery. Provided some tubing for free. Awesome. Cant rate the product as I am overseas and the tap is being delivered by friends in September. It is a replacement for the same tap that broke due to someone who will remain anonymous (the wife) who lent on the tap spout, resulting in snapping it off. We had been very happy with this tap until its early demise.
We replaced our original Mountain Fresh bench tap with the 'Deluxe' version, due to the old tap developing a drip (conveniently, original taps cannot be repaired). A very noticeable difference in quality; the old tap much heavier and more solid feeling. Not entirely convinced this new one will last half as long - will have to see.
Good quick delivery
This tap is very poorly designed, and we had to replace after few days with another make.
The combination of having the outlet pipe aimed straight down rather than on an angle like other the one we had before, plus the fact it comes down very low towards the bench top makes it useless. It doesn't allow placing a pan or a kettle underneath it as the water exits very close to the benchtop, and is aimed straight down.
All other taps have an outlet that angles away and is not aimed straight down. Plus they are not that short as this one.
Unfortunately didn't realize at time of purchase......
In response to my review I was contacted by the supplier offering a refund on the purchase price, which I happily accepted.
Took 4 weeks for the refund to appear in my bank account, but I'm glad it has been processed now.
