The tap is elegantly mounted on your benchtop, while under the sink, you have the choice between an inline KDF/carbon two-year cartridge for town-supplied water or a housing with a one-year carbon cartridge for rural water supplies. These Mountain Fresh water filters effectively remove chlorine, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, asbestos, giardia, and cryptosporidium, while also eliminating odours and dramatically improving water taste.

- Comprehensive Contaminant Removal:Ā Effectively filters out chlorine, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, asbestos, giardia, and cryptosporidium while eliminating unpleasant odours and improving taste.
- Flexible Flow Rate:Ā Delivers a flow rate of 3 to 4 litres per minute, which can be easily fine-tuned using the integrated water connection clamp.

- Pressure Requirements: 25-psi (172-kPa) minimum to 125-psi (861-kPa) maximum. If pressure exceeds this range or you experience water hammer, a pressure-reducing valve is recommended ahead of the filter.

I purchased this underbench filter to replace one I had that was damaged during renovations. The fact that I had one for many years and that as soon as I couldn't use it anymore, I bought anther one as a replacement, speaks to how much I used and liked the first one. The water always tasted great with no chemical smell or flavour.

Good service and a quality product although we did find that the taper on the filter body did not suit the mounting clamp when mounted in a vertical position, which is possibly why the previous owner had installed it upside down.
